[Notice] Restriction on Tesla Supercharger Usage and Alternative Charging Guide

Thank you for choosing our services.

We would like to inform you that, according to our corporate integrated operation policy, the use of Tesla Superchargers is currently unavailable for Tesla vehicles.

This restriction is in accordance with Tesla’s charging system operation policies and corporate account integrated management standards. Please understand that we are unable to grant separate exceptions.

However, Tesla vehicles can generally be charged at public charging stations using a charging adapter (connector converter). We kindly ask you to use public AC (Slow) or DC (Fast) charging stations instead of Superchargers. 

※ Compatibility may vary depending on the specific charging station and charger type.
