Check current charging statusOn the official EV portal, select Jeju and the connector type supported by your car.↗

Check these three things before you go

01

Does it fit your car?

Match the car’s charging port to the charger connector. Check adapter requirements for Tesla vehicles.

02

Does it accept your card?

A station appearing on a map does not confirm that it accepts our rental card or your own card.

03

Can you use it now?

Check current status, opening hours, access restrictions and parking fees before travelling.

02 · YOUR FIRST CHARGE

Your first charging session, step by step

Follow these five steps, from parking to returning the cable. Follow the charger screen for the order of card authentication and connection.

Five illustrated EV charging steps: park in P, check the port, authenticate and connect, confirm charging, stop and return the cable.
The illustrations are examples. Check the actual vehicle port, adapter and charger screen.
  1. Park and select P

Park in the charging bay, select P and apply the parking brake. Follow your vehicle instructions when switching off the power.

    P = Park
  2. Check the port and connector

Open the charging port and check the connector shape and charging type. For Tesla rentals, also check the supplied adapter and charger compatibility.

  3. Authenticate and connect

Select the charging type and member-card or payment option. Authenticate and connect in the order shown on the charger screen.

회원카드 = Member card / 충전 시작 = Start
  4. Confirm charging has started

Connecting the cable alone does not confirm charging. Check the charging indicator on both the car and charger.

    충전 중 = Charging
  5. Stop, unlock and collect

Stop charging and confirm the connector is unlocked. Disconnect and collect the connector and adapter, then return the cable to its holder. Do not force it out.

AC charging

Check compatibility, whether a cable is needed, and the station’s opening hours. AC charging is not available for our Tesla rentals.

No Supercharger or AC charging

Tesla & adapters

Use the supplied adapter at a public DC fast charger. Confirm compatibility with the charger.

Our operating notice states that an adapter is supplied with Tesla rentals. Confirm the actual adapter and how to connect it at pick-up.

Match the name and connector shape

These are simplified connector diagrams. Check your vehicle instructions and charger labels as well; shape alone does not confirm compatibility.
